Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Duties:

  • Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure product or service compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to evaluate quality systems, processes, and performance.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and quality control records.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives and metrics.
  • Assisting in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality-related issues.
  • Training and educating employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve overall quality.
  • Conducting supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality assurance programs and recommending improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to quality assurance.
  • Communicating and reporting quality metrics and performance to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
