Firm Staffing Solutions Inc. ("Firm Staffing", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal information of job seekers, client contacts, and website visitors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation in Ontario and British Columbia.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share candidate information with an employer until it is required as part of an active placement discussion.
Our resume builder runs entirely in your browser. The information you type is saved to your own device (browser local storage) so you can return to it later. Nothing you enter in the resume builder is transmitted to us unless you separately choose to submit your resume through the registration form.
We retain candidate and client records only as long as needed for placement activity and legal record-keeping obligations, and we restrict access to personnel who need it to perform their duties. When information is no longer required, it is securely destroyed.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use (subject to legal and contractual restrictions). To do so, contact our office at info@firmstaffing.ca or (905) 917-1900.
